Lincoln Unified strives to create a learning culture for all staff drawing from a variety of sources to provide high quality professional development and opportunities for professional collaboration. Acknowledging that on-going professional learning is the key to improving outcomes for students, the topics for professional development can range from implementation of the California state standards and best practices outlined in the state content frameworks to meeting the social and emotional learning needs of students. 

Our goal is to continue to have a highly trained professional staff that supports the success of all students in the classroom.
