Colonial Heights School is located at 8135 Balboa Avenue, a suburban area of north Stockton. It is part of the Lincoln Unified School District. Colonial Heights was built in 1953.

In addition to regular classroom teachers, Colonial Heights has a Learning Center for special education students, a Title I teacher and counselor and provides classroom music, band, orchestra, choral instruction and physical education instruction for students in grades one through eight. The school has an After School Program, a Library Media Center with Internet access and chromebooks for every student.
