1) Once a job is offered to you, email Mary Grupe (mgrupe@lusd.net) with the name and address of the employer

 

2) You may pick up the Work Permit Application and/or Work Permit Eligibility form from the front office.

 

3) Fill out the following sections of the Work Permit Application:

       a. Minor's information

       b. Employer section

       c. Parent/Guardian signature

 

4) Bring the completed Work Permit Application and the Work Permit Eligibility form to the office for processing. 

 

5) Your Work Permit will be issued once the Application has been reviewed and approved by Principal Tigert.
